Q: WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

Payments by Paypal, using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Our shopping cart is integrated with Paypal, and you follow the normal checkout procedure. Paypal accounts are free if you do not have one and you may register through the checkout. Note: iCatholicStore.com only accepts payments from verified Paypal addresses.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Processing time for a product is 5 to 15 business days from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse and arrives to our distribution center to be packaged and shipped to you. Shipping time is additional, and is from when the products leaves our shipping center and arrives at your address. Processing plus shipping time can take from 7 business days to 25 business days.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

Due to the volume of products offered, on some occasions after you finalize your order, a product in your order may be out of stock. This can occur if another individual purchased it first as you were checking out, or the demand for the product exceeded the inventory. If you ordered more than one item, you will be refunded for the out of stock item, and shipped the in-stock items. You will only be charged for the items in stock and shipped to you.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since any item you order must be specially ordered from the warehouse and shipped to our shipping center to be repackaged and shipped to you, all sales are finale. Defective items will be replaced with identical items. If you receive the wrong product by mistake, you need to email us at customer service at iCatholicStore.com for an Return Authorization number, and return instructions, including where to ship your return to us. At that time we will give you the option of returning the item for an exchange, or a full refund. The exchange process, including the 7-10 business days time it takes for us to receive your package, and the additional 7-25 business days for you to receive your exchanged item, can take 3 to 5 weeks.

If you simply cannot wait that length of time to receive your exchange item, and have to have a replacement shipped immediately before you ship your return, we can accomodate you, but will need to process your rush replacement as a separate new order charged to your credit card. You will be given a full refund on the wrong/defective item once we receive it, allowing 15 business days to process your return. We will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund, including shipping charges.
